Q: Does the painting look exactly like the picture on this web page?
A: Images on this website are of the actual artwork for sale. You should however take into account that the view of your computer screen can cause a slight distortion of the colors.
Q: How do I order online?
A: Simply click on the item(s) you wish to purchase and follow the prompts. You may place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q: How much will it cost to ship my order?
A: Shipping and delivery are free within the Melbourne Metro area. Costs will vary depending on your location outside this area. Quotes provided upon request.
Q: Who will deliver my package?
A: 'Nexus Modern Art' uses 'Art Hunter' for Melbourne Metro deliveries, 'Cityfast' for interstate road deliveries and 'DHL' for International transportation.
Q: How long will it take to receive my painting?
A: Nationally - within approximately 14 days from payment depending on your location. Internationally - an estimate will be sent to you via email with an expected delivery date.
Q: Do you sell worldwide?
A: Yes, we accept international orders.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Direct deposit cash or credit card. We accept all credit cards through PayPal except Amex and Diners Club.
Q: How does Direct Deposit Work?
A: Please email [email protected] with your request and an invoice will be sent to you as confirmation of your order. You may then transfer the payment directly from your account via online banking. Simply log in to your bank's website and choose the Pay Anyone feature. You will then be asked for our Account Name ('Nexus Modern Art'), BSB Number (193 879) and our Account Number (457228267) followed by the amount to pay. Please also type in the painting code as reference (which is located in the top right hand corner of the page when you are viewing the artwork) and email your receipt of payment to [email protected]

In all cases the cost of returning an artwork is the buyer's responsibility. Returned merchandise must be wrapped & packed in the original box.
