Penny Jensz
(b.1970)
Painter
Throughout history artists have acted as a conscience for society. Penny Jensz is at once an artist, and a dedicated student of the human condition. She believes art can serve as "an important tool for re-engaging an audience who have been desensitised by global media, and an insatiable appetite for entertainment". As an emerging Australian artist Jensz employs her command of drawing, painting, and mixed media in the service of social insight."
