  • All prices are inclusive of G.S.T. 
  • The 'Start AUD price' is the 'Reserve Price'.
  • Delivery costs are not included in the price displayed or accepted in a bid price.
  • Please allow 24hrs to receive the results of your bid via email.
  • The successful buyer will be contacted immediately at the conclusion of the auction to finalize payment and delivery options. 
  • Please note should a buyer request to 'Buy it Now' the auction will end immediately.
  • Offers above the starting price only will be accepted. 
  • Receipt of your bid will be confirmed by email. 
  • At the conclusion of the auction we will email you to advise if you have been successful.
  • We request all details provided by you in your bid application be true and correct. If false, defamatory or misleading information is provided to Nexus Modern Art via this website we reserve the right to pursue legal action.  
  • Bids will only be accepted via this page. 
  • Payments made by bidders must be in Australian Dollars only and can be made via Paypal, PaySmart (3 month terms only) or direct bank transfer. 
  • Nexus Modern Art will disclose the amount of an active bid to you if someone else bids higher than the offer you have placed.
